Please contact us if you would like to help us sponsor the Hawaii Record Fair. We are open to most arrangements, including but not limited to: ad space in traditional print media or online, food and drink donations, and PA equipment.

We welcome volunteers to help us move boxes, monitor entrances and exits, direct parking traffic, make live updates to social media, assist any attendees that could use help, including the elderly and any persons with disabilities, and take care of last minute details.

We also welcome singers, musicians, comedians, magicians and other entertainers who would like to contribute their talents to make the Hawaii Record Fair a real event!
